Mexican Seasoning

Ingredients
- ¼ cup chili powder
- 2 Tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 Tablespoons ground coriander
- 2 Tablespoons dry oregano leaves
- 2 Tablespoons dry basil leaves
- 1 Tablespoon dry thyme leaves
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- According to taste preferences, add 1 to 3 Tablespoons to a pound of ground beef, turkey, or halibut during the cooking process.
- Use for tacos, taco salad, enchiladas, burritos, and other Mexican or Tex-Mex dishes. Can be stored airtight up to 6 months.
Notes
Allergy Variation: Eliminate cayenne pepper.
