Easy Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 6 tablespoons (3 oz) water
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 ΒΌ cups (10 oz) shortening or lard
Instructions
- Sift flour and salt together. Add shortening and cut together until crumbly.
- Add egg, water, and vinegar. Mix. Form into 3-5 balls, depending on desired thickness. Each ball makes 1 crust.
Notes
Yield: 5 single crusts.
Balls may be frozen.
