Egg Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 cups bread cubes or 1 C Bisquick
  • 1 ½ cups (~ 1 lb) cooked meat, chopped if necessary sausage, ham, or bacon
  • 2-3 cups cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried mustard optional
  • chopped veggies–onion, bell pepper, etc optional

Instructions
 

  • Spread bread in a 9×13-inch pan. Layer meat and cheese over top. Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper and pour over bread.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 45-60 minutes.

Notes

Recipe may be made ahead of time. Assemble and refrigerate. Pull out of fridge an hour before baking and bake as directed.
