Garlic Cheddar Drop Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick*
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ⅔ cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Combine Bisquick and cheese first. Add milk and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Do not knead dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix butter and garlic powder and brush over warm biscuits.
Notes
Makes 9 biscuits.
*Homemade Bisquick Mix
Plain Drop Biscuits: Increase Bisquick to 2 1/4 cups and omit cheese, butter, and garlic powder. Bake as directed.
