Knox Blox (Finger Gelatin)

Ingredients
  

Jell-O Knox Blox

  • 9 oz Jell-O any flavor
  • 4 envelopes Knox Unflavored Gelatin
  • 4 cups boiling water

Fruit Juice Knox Blox

  • 4 envelopes Knox Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1 cup cold fruit juice
  • 3 cups fruit juice heated to boiling
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey optional

Instructions
 

Jello Knox Blox

  • Mix dry gelatins in large bowl; stir in boiling water until completely dissolved. Pour into 13×9-inch pan and try to remove as many bubbles as possible.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Cut into small squares.

Fruit Juice Knox Blox

  • Sprinkle gelatin over cold juice in large bowl; let stand 1 minute. Add hot juice and stir until gelatin completely dissolves, about 5 minutes. Stir in sugar or honey if desired. Pour into 13×9-inch pan.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours. To serve, cut into 1-inch squares.

Notes

Sparkling Soda Squares – similar to the Fruit Juice version, but made by replacing the fruit juice for any flavor soda and omitting the sweetener.
