Meatballs
From the Betty Crocker Cookbook (Golden Press, 1978)
Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup onion finely chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Mix ingredients; shape into forty 1 ½-inch balls.
- Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until brown, about 20 minutes. Or cook on a sheet pan in 400℉ oven until light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
