Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Mix ingredients; shape into forty 1 ½-inch balls.
  • Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until brown, about 20 minutes. Or cook on a sheet pan in 400℉ oven until light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
