Meatloaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ onion chopped
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¾ cup oatmeal

Topping

  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • ¼ cup ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together an place in a loaf or casserole pan. Mix topping together and spread on top of meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 ½ hours.

Notes

Schewie prefers to add the topping halfway through baking.
