Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 2 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ onion chopped
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup milk
- ¾ cup oatmeal
Topping
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- ¼ cup ketchup
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together an place in a loaf or casserole pan. Mix topping together and spread on top of meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
Notes
Schewie prefers to add the topping halfway through baking.
