Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup chili powder
  • 2 Tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2 Tablespoons ground coriander
  • 2 Tablespoons dry oregano leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons dry basil leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon dry thyme leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • According to taste preferences, add 1 to 3 Tablespoons to a pound of ground beef, turkey, or halibut during the cooking process.
  • Use for tacos, taco salad, enchiladas, burritos, and other Mexican or Tex-Mex dishes. Can be stored airtight up to 6 months.

Notes

Allergy Variation: Eliminate cayenne pepper.
