Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup (114 g) coconut oil, melted
  • ½ cup honey (or ⅔ cup maple syrup or rapadura/sucanat sugar)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut oil, honey, and cinnamon, mixing well.
  • Spread granola mixture evenly on two prepared baking sheets and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, rotating the top and bottom pans halfway through; no need to stir. Granola should be a light golden brown.
  • Let granola cool completely, until it’s crunchy, and store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
