Blueberry Buckle

Ingredients
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup soft shortening
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups blueberries
Topping
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup soft butter
Instructions
- Mix sugar, shortening, and egg. Stir in milk and blueberries.
- Sift dry ingredients and mix in. Spread batter in 9″ pan.
- Sprinkle with topping crumbs. Bake at 45-50 min. at 350 degrees.
