Blueberry Buckle

- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup soft shortening
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups blueberries
Topping
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup soft butter
Mix sugar, shortening, and egg. Stir in milk and blueberries.
Sift dry ingredients and mix in. Spread batter in 9" pan.
Sprinkle with topping crumbs. Bake at 45-50 min. at 350 degrees.
