Creamed Peas

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 cup cream
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- Herbs tarragon, rosemary, mint, etc.
Instructions
- Cook/steam peas gently, but do not overcook.
- Add cream and thicken with flour.
- Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
Notes
Best served over mashed potatoes.
