Creamed Peas

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 Tablespoon flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • Herbs tarragon, rosemary, mint, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Cook/steam peas gently, but do not overcook.
  • Add cream and thicken with flour.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.

Notes

Best served over mashed potatoes.
