Creamed Peas

Ingredients

frozen peas
1
cup
cream
1
Tablespoon
flour
¼
teaspoon
salt
⅛
teaspoon
black pepper
Herbs
tarragon, rosemary, mint, etc.
Instructions
Cook/steam peas gently, but do not overcook.
Add cream and thicken with flour.
Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
Notes
Best served over mashed potatoes.
