Easy Bisquick Pot Pie

Ingredients
- 1 ⅔ cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 cup cut-up cooked chicken, turkey, ham, etc.
- 1 can (10 ¾ oz ) condensed cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom
Topping
- 1 cup Bisquick*
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F. Mix vegetables, chicken, and soup in an ungreased 9" pie plate.
- Stir together topping ingredients with a fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
- Bake 30 min or until golden brown. Makes 4-6 servings.
