Steaks or Chops
Ingredients
- Beef Steaks or Pork Chops
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Liberally apply salt and pepper to both sides of meat. Sear in a pan on high heat until both sides are brown.
- Place meat on a pan and broil 5 minutes or until meat reaches 10 degrees below the appropriate temperature. Remove meat from oven, cover with foil, and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.

Pork: 145°FBeef: Rare – 130 to 140°F; Med. Rare – 145°F; Medium – 160°F; Well Done – 170°F.
