Steaks or Chops

Ingredients
  

  • Beef Steaks or Pork Chops
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Liberally apply salt and pepper to both sides of meat. Sear in a pan on high heat until both sides are brown.
  • Place meat on a pan and broil 5 minutes or until meat reaches 10 degrees below the appropriate temperature. Remove meat from oven, cover with foil, and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.

Pork: 145°FBeef: Rare - 130 to 140°F; Med. Rare - 145°F; Medium - 160°F; Well Done - 170°F.
