Thin Pancakes

Serves 2-3

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 ½ – 3 cup milk, scant

Instructions
 

  • Mix together dry ingredients, set aside. Beat eggs and sugar together, add dry ingredients.
  • Add milk to desired thickness (less milk can be used than listed), and mix until mostly smooth. Fry in 8- to 10-inch round frying pan.

Notes

Use ¾ cup batter for a 10-inch pan.
