Thin Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 ½ – 3 cup milk, scant
Instructions
- Mix together dry ingredients, set aside. Beat eggs and sugar together, add dry ingredients.
- Add milk to desired thickness (less milk can be used than listed), and mix until mostly smooth. Fry in 8- to 10-inch round frying pan.
Notes
Use ¾ cup batter for a 10-inch pan.
