Thin Pancakes

Ingredients

flour

tsp
baking powder

tsp
salt

eggs

tsp
sugar
2 ½ - 3

milk, scant
Instructions
Mix together dry ingredients, set aside. Beat eggs and sugar together, add dry ingredients.
Add milk to desired thickness (less milk can be used than listed), and mix until mostly smooth. Fry in 8- to 10-inch round frying pan.
Notes
Use ¾ cup batter for a 10-inch pan.
