Three Ingredient Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cocoa or Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- ½ cup Honey
- Pinch Sea Salt optional
Instructions
- In a small saucepan on very low heat, melt the honey and coconut oil.
- Stir in the cocoa and sea salt if using. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour carefully into a small slice tin lined with baking paper. You could also use a small plastic container.
- Place in freezer for 1-2 hours until set.
- Remove from the freezer and transfer to a cutting board. Carefully peel off paper and cut into bite size pieces.
Notes
Makes 30-35 pieces, recipe can be easily halved or doubled.
Best kept in fridge or freezer for a fudgy frozen treat.
