Tiger Butter
Yummy white chocolate and peanut butter swirled with semisweet chocolate. From Bert & Kim Bryson (fellow CBO) – Robins AFB, Georgia – Dec. 2000
Ingredients
- 1 pound White Chocolate
- 1 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 6 ounces (1 ½ C) Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate and peanut butter together in glass dish in microwave on medium, stirring several times.
- Spread peanut butter mixture on a wax paper-lined 11×15 inch cookie sheet.
- Melt chocolate chips in the same manner and drizzle over peanut butter mixture. Swirl together with knife tip to create a marbled effect.
- Chill thoroughly and break into pieces.
Notes
For best result, keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
