Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

large bunch broccoli - chopped into pieces
include stems

green onions - diced

cup
raisins

slices
bacon - fried and broken into pieces

cup
cheddar cheese* - shredded
1
cup
sunflower seeds
Dressing
½ - ¾
cup
mayo
depends on desired amount of dressing
⅓
cup
sugar
2
tablespoons
vinegar
Instructions
Mix first three ingredients together. Add bacon, sunflower seeds, and cheese just before serving and toss with dressing.
Notes
*Don't add cheese for dairy-free option.
