Cassie's Favorite Bread Machine Recipe
Adapted from White Wheat recipe in Hamilton Beach manual to produce a healthy, consistent loaf.

Ingredients

butter or vegetable oil
room temperature

cup (130 g)
whole-wheat flour

cups (250 g)
white flour
1 ½
teaspoons
instant yeast
(2 ¼ tsp active dry)

Sunflower, Sesame, Chia, and/or Flax seeds
(optional)
Instructions
Heat water and milk to 90-110°F.
Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order listed. Select Basic cycle, 1.5 lb loaf, desired crust, and start.
Notes
1/2 C milk = 2 tbsp dry milk powder + 1/2 C water
