Easy Pie Crust

Ingredients

cups
flour
1
teaspoon
salt
1 ¼
cup
lard or shortening
1
egg
6
tablespoons
water
3 oz.
1
teaspoon
vinegar
Instructions
Sift flour and salt together. Add shortening and mix until crumbly.
Add egg, water and vinegar. Mix. Form into 3-5 balls, depending of desired thickness. Each ball makes 1 crust.
Notes
Yield: 5 single crusts.
Balls may be frozen.
