Preheat waffle iron. Beat egg whites with electric mixer in mixing bowl until stiff but not dry.
Beat yolks is separate mixing bowl until blended. Add flour, milk and vegetable oil to the yolks; blend well.
Gently fold in egg whites with a rubber spatula until blended. Bake in hot waffle iron.
Notes
Tips: Do not pour batter into waffle iron until the light goes off. Do not lift the lid while the waffle is steaming. Waffle is done when the steaming stops.
