Norberg's Secret Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Ground Burger
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Salt OR Garlic Salt
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Garlic Powder to taste
  • 5 Tbsp Parsley
  • 2 tsp Basil
  • 4 Tbsp Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In large mixing bowl, combine ground burger and pork.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Roll into ~2-3 inch balls and place on well-greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, turn. Bake for another 5-10 minutes until fully cooked.
