Schwebach Sloppy Joes
Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 large onion
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard yellow or dijon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- ½ – 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cook hamburger and onion together until hamburger is brown. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer on low for 30 minutes. Serve on buns.
